As with all services, Purrfectly Safe comes with Terms and Conditions:
Terms of service:
- We require an emergency contact who can make decisions for your cat on your behalf to be available as needed in case of an emergency.
- Medications can be given to your cat, but no responsibility can be taken if their health deteriorates
- Cats will be taken to vets in the event of an emergency. This does NOT include any pre-booked appointments, these must be rearranged and completed by the owner.
- In accordance with the Animal Welfare Act and the five welfare needs, we must advise that if we feel your cat is being mistreated or neglected, we are obliged to report this to the RSPCA.
- All food and litter must be provided at the property.
- We do not offer overnight stays.
Payments
- Invoices will be provided to you via email upon completion of the meet and greet, and prior to the start of any cat sitting appointments.
- Payment to be received upfront, at least 24 hours before the cat sitting appointments begin.
- Payment must be received as a bank transfer to the details provided on the invoice. Cheque’s are not accepted.
- If my services are cancelled less then 24 hours before I am due at a property, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- Peak and off peak prices apply and are subject to change.
- Price calculation will take into account distance traveled from Purrfectly Safe HQ to your property.
Experience and Achievements:
- Feline First Aid Diploma : Graded Distinction from the Center of Excellence.
- 10 years’ experience of caring for my own cats.
- 3 years training of working with cats and small animals whilst working at Pets at home.
- A full driving license with no points or outstanding convictions.
Liability measures:
- Purrfectly Safe is fully insured with Petplan Sanctuary.
- I am fully Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked.
